German Fast Revolution

6 Imperial mortars and the combination of 10 winged polish hussars or potentially 7 elementi, this fast revolution strategy will blow your mind.

Note: I recommend this strategy, along with any revolution build, on water. The 2 ironclads are a game changer and completely turn the tides in your favor. This is three times as good on the water then on land, however, it is possible! I’ve done it before.

Discovery Age I

-If you start with 200 wood, get a TP and chop for a house.

-If you have 100  wood, then build a house.

First Card: 2 settler wagons

-Age up with 16 villager population

AGE UP: The Philosopher Prince - 500 food

Transition I-II

-put 4 villagers on food and the rest on wood

-If you have not already, build a TP

-Build a market and get hunting dogs and placer mines (gather 50 coin if needed)

-Build 2 houses

Colonial Age II

-Put all settler wagons on coin

Second Card: 3 settler wagons

-Have these 3 settler wagons go to food (keep the others on coin) and put new villagers on food

-If you need walls, now is the time to chop some wood to get them up ( do this with coin gathering settler wagons)

-Raid with your Uhlans ASAP or get some high quality treasures

Third Card: 700 coin

-You will most likely have enough coin to age once this comes in - that is OK. We are preparing to go to age IV with this coin.

AGE UP: The Sergeant of Arms - 3 doppelsoldners

Transition II-III

-Continue to raid

-Gather 1200 coin (you should already have 700 from the shipment) and 2000 food

-Do whatever you need to get the resources, go to barries or buying resources, if needed.

Fortress Age III

Fourth Card: 1000 wood (or 1000 food) - This next shipment COMPLETELY DEPENDS ON YOUR MAP. Judge accordingly on what you will need to go the revolution age (1000 food, 1000 coin, 1000 wood). For example, on this video I did not have another hunt, therefore I needed to send 1000 food to help me get the revolution age up. Ideally you would have another hunt and mine, so you could send 1000 wood since wood is the slowest resource to gather.) Let’s say this is an ideal situation, and I send 1000 wood.

-Defend with your dops and uhlans

AGE UP: The Tycoon - 1000 coin

Transition III-IV

-Gather the shipment you sent in (it was either 1000 wood or food)

-Gather the opposite resource needed (if you sent wood then gather food, if you sent food then gather wood) up to 1000

-After you gather both wood and food to 1000, put all villagers on coin

Industrial Age IV

-It's showtime. Gather your 1000 coin ASAP.

Fifth Card: 10 winged polish hussars or 7 elementi - The 10 winged polish hussars are the safe option since they do not cost resources, but if you have time to gather an extra 1000 coin after you gathered your food, wood, and coin from the age up, then you have the chance to send in 7 elementi. This is absolutely disgusting and is incredible vs infantry compositions especially. (I do not recommend a factory with this Revolution because there is no need to train extra units after it hits (no imperial cav compared to spain or otto revolt for example). Push with the force you have!)

-Time your revolution right. Let your TC tank damage until your cavalry shipment arrives. Don’t click your revolution too early and miss your shipment!

REVOLUTION: Argentina - 6 Imperial Mortars

-Drop all units out of your TC right before the revolution starts. Let your imperial mortars soak damage and let your cavalry go to work!

-Your explorer has the crackshot ability to one hit regular units

Sixth Card: 2 ironclads

-Press your opponent ASAP and have fun!
